The MSI310F micro-inertial measurement unit is a versatile, miniaturized inertial component that integrates three-axis gyroscopes and three-axis accelerometers. By applying temperature compensation to the zero bias and scale factor of each axis, its measurement accuracy is significantly enhanced.
