The MSI3000F micro-inertial measurement unit can output angular velocity and acceleration data along three axes. It undergoes precise modeling and calibration across the entire operating temperature range, ensuring that its gyroscopic and accelerometer performance specifications meet requirements under various temperature conditions. Equipped with an internal damping structure, it exhibits excellent resistance to vibration and shock.
